Frequently Asked Questions

Provider tickets are for skilled nursing care providers, SNF owners, therapy providers, health systems, administrators, clinicians, nurses, government agencies and other care providers. Vendor tickets are for professionals in finance, technology, staffing, legal, sales, and marketing.

A ticket includes access to all sessions, lunch, refreshments, as well as a networking reception.

We will not be audio or video recording any sessions. We encourage attendees to review our agenda in advance so they can attend the sessions that are of most interest.

  • Cancellations received more than 45 days prior to the event start date are eligible for a full refund, minus a $25.00 administrative fee.

  • Cancellations received less than 45 days prior to the event start date are non-refundable.

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or for tickets not used.

  • Substitutions may be permitted prior to the event at no additional cost. Please email events@wtwhmedia.com for more information.

  • In the event that WTWH must cancel or reschedule an event, registered attendees will be offered a full refund or credit toward a future WTWH event, at WTWH’s discretion.

If your organization owns or invests in a provider or providers in this space, your firm is classified as a private equity investor. If you wish to get the provider pricing, you would need to use that organization’s email system/domain to register for the ticket to qualify as a provider. No exceptions.
