Kent Eikanas is a senior housing real estate investor and has been acquiring senior housing facilities since 2023. Before launching Stacked Stone Ventures, Mr. Eikanas was the CEO of a Public Non-Traded REIT that was originally focused on investing in Industrial real estate where he successfully transitioned and rebranded the company with a sole focus on Senior Housing real estate. Since launching Stacked Stone in 2023, the company has closed on over 30 facilities throughout the United States with approximately $275MM in assets under management. Stacked Stone Ventures uses a resident first philosophy when acquiring senior housing real estate.
